Being a photographer who does a lot of weddings I get to see a lot of Sussex. There are so many beautiful places to see. Last weekend I was away with family and friends on a camping trip in Alfriston. We were staying right next to the South Downs Way on a great little camp site called Pleasant Rise Farm. I know Alfriston pretty well and have done a number of weddings at Dean’s Place, Alfriston War Memorial Hall and nearby Birling Manor and Charlestone Manor but I was still blown away by the beauty of some of the scenery where we were camping right in the Cuckmere Valley, a place of outstanding natural beauty.
