Note that you must take care of your belongings appropriately and contact them in order to take precautions to recover them within a reasonable time. You can sell your belongings and deduct the storage fee if they don`t pick them up within a reasonable time or if they don`t contact you. If you are still in a fixed-term contract, your landlord can only terminate you when you leave if the contract so provides….
