On Sunday I met up with Matt & Emma, whose wedding I am photographing later this year, for some pre-wedding portraits in Great Park in Windsor. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon in London with bright clear skies and serious sun. Normally I prefer overcast skies for portrait shoots, but after a long winter it was great to be out taking photos in the bright sunshine again. When taking pre-wedding portraits I avoid cheesy, contrived poses and try to capture the couple together naturally so that you get a sense of who they are, both individually and as a couple. The photos will be ready in a couple of weeks and Matt & Emma will be getting their favourite photo mounted for guests to sign on their wedding day.
A pre-wedding portrait shoot is included in the price of all Demuth Photography platinum wedding packages now and includes photos supplied as prints and a disk of high res files.
