If you do not accept the amendment: 17.5 Global Agreement This agreement and the documents referred to therein are the entire agreement between the parties on their subject matter and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, assurances and guarantees relating to that object. 17.6 Salvatorial Clause Any provision of this Agreement, which is wholingly or partially void or unenforceable, is severable to the extent that it is void or unenforceable.
